Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026 · O‘zbekcha ↓
These terms apply to the Loopcast panel at https://royxat.com (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
The service lets you upload media, arrange it into looping playlists and send it to RTMP destinations such as YouTube, around the clock. New accounts may need the administrator’s approval, and the administrator sets storage and concurrent-stream limits.
Your content and responsibility
- You must own or have the rights to everything you upload and stream.
- You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you stream to, including the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
- Do not upload or stream illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, malware, or anything meant to harm other systems.
- Keep your password and stream keys private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
YouTube API Services
Connecting a YouTube channel uses YouTube API Services. By doing so you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. What the service does on your channel is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep streams running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost revenue, interrupted broadcasts, platform strikes or data loss. Keep your own copies of your files.
Suspension and termination
The administrator may block or delete accounts that break these terms or overload the server. Blocking stops the account’s streams; deleting removes its files and settings. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
