This policy explains what data the Loopcast panel at https://royxat.com (“the service”, “we”) collects, how it is used and how you can remove it.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and a password hash (if you set a password). If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and whether the email is verified.
- Content you upload: video, audio and image files, playlists and stream settings, including RTMP addresses and stream keys you enter.
- YouTube data (only if you connect a channel): your YouTube channel ID and title, and an OAuth refresh token that lets the service act on your channel.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, your IP address for rate limiting failed sign-in attempts, and stream logs produced by ffmpeg.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use YouTube API Services
The service uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel and choose “YouTube — via Google, no key”, the service uses the YouTube Data API to:
- read your channel ID and title so you can pick the channel;
- create a reusable live stream (ingest key) on your channel;
- create a live broadcast, bind it to that stream, and end or delete the broadcast when you stop streaming;
- read the status of those streams and broadcasts.
Channel analysis (server owner only). The owner of this server can run an analysis feature that reads public YouTube data through the YouTube Data API: search results for keywords the owner enters, public statistics of public videos and channels (titles, view counts, durations, subscriber counts), and the public statistics of videos on the owner’s own connected channel. This access is read-only and uses the same youtube scope; nothing on any channel is changed. Public data is cached on this server for up to 24 hours to save quota, and the raw data of each analysis is deleted within 30 days. It is not available to other users and is not run on their channels.
Owner’s own channel analytics (server owner only). For the owner’s own connected channel, and only when the owner grants the read-only yt-analytics.readonly scope, the service reads aggregated YouTube Analytics reports for the owner’s videos from the last 90 days: views, watch time, average view duration and percentage, the audience-retention curve, traffic-source shares, impressions and click-through rate, subscribers gained and shares. These reports contain no data about individual viewers. They are used only to show the owner how their videos performed and to improve the owner’s future scripts. They are stored on this server and deleted after at most 120 days. This scope is never used for other users’ channels.
Video publishing (server owner / admin only — special feature). As a special feature available only to the owner of this server (the admin), the owner can publish a video they created in the service’s Studio to the owner’s own connected YouTube channel. This uses the same youtube scope and happens only when the owner presses the upload button for a specific video. The service uploads that video file and sets its title, description, tags, privacy status (or scheduled publish time), the “altered or synthetic content” disclosure and its thumbnail. It does not edit, replace or delete any existing video. This feature is not available to other users and is never used on their channels.
Apart from the above, the service does not read, change or delete your other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing features. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train AI or machine-learning models, and is not read by humans except when you ask us for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.
Limited Use. Loopcast’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data and do not share it with third parties, except: video you choose to stream is sent to the RTMP destinations you configure (for example YouTube), and requests to Google/YouTube APIs are made on your behalf as described above. The server owner (administrator) can see account details, storage use and stream status of every account on this server.
Storage and security
All data is stored on this server in a SQLite database and on disk; it is not copied to other services. Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes. All connections use HTTPS, sessions use HttpOnly cookies, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and each account can only reach its own files, streams and channels. OAuth refresh tokens are kept on the server, are never sent to the browser, and are revoked with Google when you disconnect a channel. Stream keys are never shown in full unless you choose to reveal them.
Retention and deletion
- Data is kept while your account exists. Deleting an account removes its files, streams, connected YouTube channels and tokens.
- You can disconnect a YouTube channel at any time on the Account page; the stored token is deleted and revoked with Google.
- You can also revoke access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YouTube API xizmatlari
Panel YouTube API xizmatlaridan foydalanadi. Kanal ulanganda u faqat kanal ID/nomini o‘qiydi, kanalingizda jonli efir kaliti va translyatsiya yaratadi, ularni bog‘laydi, efir to‘xtaganda translyatsiyani yakunlaydi yoki o‘chiradi. Uchinchi tomonlar
Ma’lumotlar sotilmaydi va berilmaydi. Faqat siz tanlagan video siz ko‘rsatgan RTMP manzillarga yuboriladi va Google/YouTube API’ga yuqorida aytilgan so‘rovlar sizning nomingizdan yuboriladi. Server egasi (admin) har bir akkauntning ma’lumotlari, xotira hajmi va efir holatini ko‘ra oladi.
Saqlash va o‘chirish
Hamma ma’lumot shu serverda saqlanadi, parollar faqat xesh ko‘rinishida. Ma’lumot akkaunt mavjud ekan saqlanadi; akkaunt o‘chirilsa fayllar, streamlar, ulangan kanallar va tokenlar ham o‘chadi. YouTube kanalini Akkaunt sahifasida istalgan vaqt uzishingiz mumkin, shuningdek myaccount.google.com/permissions orqali ruxsatni bekor qilasiz.
